Moms with OCD
Meeting Information:
Do you struggle with excessive fear of germs or contamination, a need for things to be “just right,” intrusive thoughts of harm? While this is not an exhaustive nor diagnostic list, the symptoms of OCD and related disorders can be especially distressing when becoming a mother. OCD attacks what we value most and keeps us from participating in and enjoying our lives.
We are a group of expecting and parenting mothers experiencing the symptoms of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD and related disorders).
We run the group according to the Group Peer Support model and aim to create courageous spaces for each person to share their struggles in mothering with OCD. We invite you to join, learn from, and share with a group of mothers living with OCD.
