Additional Information::

This is a cognitive-behavioral treatment program for adults diagnosed with OCD. Exposure and Response Prevention, a behavioral therapy technique, is primarily used. The goal is to provide individuals with evidence-based treatment for OCD as well as educate them to generalize and maintain gains. Dates and times Wednesdays from 4.30 to 5.15pm and Fridays from 1.30 to 2.45 pm *This is a closed group that meets twice a week for 6 weeks. *Attendance to 12 seesions over 6 weeks is required. Who Can Benefit? * Patients diagnosed with OCD Who May Not Benefit? The group may not be a good fit for patients who: * Cannot commit to regular attendance to group * Have untreated symptoms of psychosis * Are actively violent, suicidal or homicidal * Struggle with issues related to substance use
