This group will help you identify intrusive thoughts as they repeatedly come up and incorporate exposure response prevention therapy into your daily life so that you can abstain from engaging in compulsions. In doing so, you will habituate to the thoughts over time and break free from the distressing cycle.
You will work with a licensed therapist with expertise in treating OCD, who will utilize techniques from CBT, ERP, DBT, and EMDR to help you overcome your struggles and achieve your goals.
