Description:

Our focus on OCD comes from personal experiences with this disorder, as well as a collective professional passion for anxiety disorders. We utilize Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) as our main, gold standard, treatment for OCD and anxiety. In addition to ERP, we provide diverse modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Inference-Based CBT, Play Therapy, Forest Bathing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Family Therapy. While utilizing diverse approaches, all approaches featured at the center are evidence-based treatments for OCD and Anxiety disorders. Kairos Wellness Collective also provides a robust offering of parent and family workshops.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

We treat co-occurring BFRBS with the ComB method. We treat ARFID with food chaining, collaboration with an outside nutritionist, ERP, and ACT. With ASD and ADHD, we use neurodiversity affirming practices, such as bibliotherapy and a person-centered approach.
