One of my specializations is on the treatment of OCD and OCD-spectrum disorders, and I really enjoy this work. The treatment is ERP/CBT, with adjuncts of other modalities as needed. Treatment is highly customized to each individual’s needs. It is my very personal goal to provide effective treatment and advocacy for people suffering from OCD and OCD-spectrum disorders.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of New York, fully bilingual in English and in Spanish. I received high quality training and weekly individual supervision in ERP and CBT by OCD experts at the Reeds Center where I worked as a part-time psychologist for more than 18 months. I have also completed multiple trainings and attended workshops at professional conferences over the years on various OCD topics. My doctoral dissertation was on the topic of providing culturally-sensitive CBT for anxiety to a minority group.
