I have received specialized workshop training for ERP provided by a senior leader of Rogers Behavioral Health. I have also received other training via workshops, such as PESI ACT trainings.

Psychotherapy is guided by structured goals informed by ERP, ACT, CBT, and other integrated approaches. Testing for ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and more is also offered.

I strive to provide culturally humble services guided respectfully by personal experiences and multicultural doctoral-level training.

Cultural humility and social justice were cornerstones of my doctoral program. We received advanced training via coursework, practicums, and supervision. I also conducted research in the areas of understudied prejudices, such as racial microaggressions, ageism, and more.
