Narrativa de Servicios:

I provide 100% virtual individual therapy in Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, and Washington. Approximately 40% of my caseload is OCD and related anxiety disorders. Since 2018, I have provided evidence-based OCD treatment to neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ adults, specializing in young adult men. Services include ERP for obsessions and compulsions, CBT-based interventions for anxiety, and existential approaches for identity exploration and life transitions

Tratamiento de trastornos concomitantes:

I treat co-occurring ADHD, Autism, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders alongside OCD. Treatment structure includes collaborative goal-setting, symptom tracking, ERP adapted to sensory and executive-function needs, between-session practice with accommodations for follow-through, and regular review to adjust pacing. Sessions prioritize reducing OCD symptoms while addressing attention, emotional regulation, and sensory concerns that may interfere with exposure work or daily functioning

Descripción de capacitación:

I hold an M.A. in Clinical Psychology (Counseling Practice) from Roosevelt University and am licensed in Arizona, California, Illinois, and Washington. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH). My background includes 7+ years across inpatient, residential (including co-occurring OCD and substance use treatment), outpatient, and telehealth settings. Since 2023, I have specialized in OCD treatment using evidence-based ERP and CBT. I also maintain active membership with the American Counseling Association

Declaración de diversidad:

As a gay man of color, I bring lived experience to my work with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients. My practice primarily serves adults with intersecting marginalized identities. I incorporate cultural context, minority stress, and identity-related concerns into OCD treatment

My M.A. in Clinical Psychology included coursework in multicultural counseling and identity development. My clinical training spans diverse settings: residential facilities treating co-occurring OCD and substance use, inpatient behavioral health units serving complex trauma populations, and autism-specific outpatient programs. I routinely pursue continuing education on LGBTQ+ affirming care, neurodiversity, and intersectionality.
