I specialize in helping clients who feel stuck by bringing in creative and new strategies and creating a space that is uniquely yours. I take time to understand how both OCD and neurodivergence impact the specific client and work to tailor interventions and conceptualization of ERP for the person: for example, for someone with Autism Spectrum Disorder, that may look like getting a clear sense of what is an obsession and compulsion and what may be an aspect of ASD (need for structure, overstimulation, etc), or for someone with ADHD I may work to bring novelty and flexibility to increase motivation for ERP.

I completed a training on Exposure and Response Prevention at the Cognitive Behavioral Institute, and have completed the ICODF’s BTTI En Espanol training- I have completed two of the three followup consultation meetings and will receive full certification following the end of the third consultation.

My parents immigrated here from Spain and, along with being fluent in Spanish, I work to make space for cultural impacts and considerations. I provide therapy with a gender expansive lens and am committed to providing affirming and tailored services that are gender expansive and inclusive of sexual orientation.
