Lucia Hermo, LPC

My practice offers individual therapy in English and Spanish, and specializes in therapy for OCD and ADHD. I typically use a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention, and I am LGBTQ+ affirming, relational, and trauma informed.

As a therapist with ADHD, I know how important it is to have spaces that accommodate neurodivergence. I especially work well with people who have ADHD and OCD, and can tailor treatment to fit you and your own specific needs!

I have completed the IOCDF’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute for treatment of OCD. I was also trained in ERP through the Cognitive Behavioral Institute. I’ve been practicing for over three years and previously worked in an Intensive Outpatient program, where I was trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and ADHD affirming therapy.

I am an LGBTQ+ affirming and have experience providing gender affirming care. I also have experience with culturally responsive counseling.
