The majority of clients that I have worked with for the past 3 years are diagnosed with OCD and Related Disorders or Anxiety Disorders. I am very passionate about working with individuals with OCD and OCD Related Disorders.

Panic Disorder treatment, using Interoceptive Exposure
Phobias, using ERP
Depression, using Behavioral Activation

I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from Boston College where I received my clinical education and training, earning my MSW.

I am trained in treating OCD and other anxiety related disorders. I use Exposure Response Prevention and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

I have a variety of clinical experiences: community-based, crisis and wraparound services, outpatient therapy, and schools working. I have supported children, adolescents, adults, parents, and older adults.

I have lived in many places across the US and in South America. My education, training and lived experience shapes my approach and frameworks. I aim to be a provider who is honest, respectful and caring.
