I have a generalist practice where I treat a variety of disorders, but I have a special interest in using Exposure Response Prevention for OCD, and completed the IOCDF Training for ERP.

I use ERP along with other modalities depending on the disorder, such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy, CBT for Depression, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Depending on the co-occuring disorder, I may treat that first, in order to reduce barriers to a successful ERP treatment.

I have 16 years of experience total. This January I completed an IOCDF training for ERP and enjoy using ERP for OCD. I also attend IOCDF online conferences for additional training.
