I have been practicing for over a decade utilizing CBT and exposure, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness based approaches for anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, trauma, substance use, and personality disorders. . I have been trained in ERP and I-CBT through graduate school and practicum and clinic-based trainings, and completed the BTTI 2025 training in order to deepen my conceptualization and range of skills to treat OCD as it has increased to approximately 1/3 of my practice.

I use evidence-based approaches including DBT, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness to treat anxiety, mood, trauma, substance use, and personality disorders both individually and co-current with OCD.

Descripción de capacitación:

I have been treating clients with OCD since 2009 in my doctoral level training at the Graduate School of Applied & Professional Psychology (GSAPP) at Rutgers University, and have increased my treatment of OCD since opening my private practice in 2016. I have completed further ERP specific training at BTTI affiliated with IOCDF, and have completed I-CBT training with Cognitive Behavioral Institute (CBI).

I frequently work with clients identified as LGBTQIA+ and utilize a culturally-adaptive approach with members of all ethnic groups and cultural identifications. I have also trained specifically in the provision of care to Veterans at the James J Peters VA Medical Center and at the Military Family Clinic at NYU. I provide pro bono psychological evaluations to those seeking asylum in the United States, including many clients from Central and South America.
