Most of the clients on Ana’s caseload have OCD. The subtypes of OCD that she has the most experience providing ERP for are Harm OCD, «Just Right» OCD, Contamination OCD, Scrupulosity (religious/spiritual) obsessions, Somatic obsessions, Magical Thinking, and Sexual Orientation OCD.

Ana has experience working at the outpatient level of care and higher levels of (PHP) with clients struggling with symptoms of OCD and BFRBs (skin picking and trichotillomania). Ana is experienced in providing ERP, but can also utilize ACT and I-CBT as other options as well.
