As a postdoc I received a year of specialized supervision from The Grayson LA Treatment Center for Anxiety and OCD. I have attended multiple OCD conferences and currently participate in consultation groups offered through IOCDF. Additionally, I have struggled with my own form of OCD and learned most of what I know through my own recovery journey.

Dr. Vidal has worked with clients of diverse ethnic backgrounds and makes sure to integrate relevant aspects of her client’s cultural and religious backgrounds in her work. Born in New York City and raised in the Dominican Republic, Dr. Vidal is bicultural and bilingual and deeply understands the losses and struggles that can come from immigration.
