Narrativa de Servicios:

Break Free Counseling Center specializes in the treatment of OCD, anxiety disorders, panic, phobias, and related concerns using evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Treatment focuses on reducing compulsions and avoidance while helping clients change the way they relate to their thoughts and emotions so they can more fully engage in what matters to them.

Tratamiento de trastornos concomitantes:

I also work with individuals experiencing co-occurring concerns such as generalized anxiety, panic disorder, depression, as well as concerns related to perfectionism, self-criticism, people pleasing patterns, and difficulties with emotion regulation. Treatment is tailored to each person’s needs and may include Exposure and Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy-informed strategies.

Descripción de capacitación:

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I have training in evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) through the IOCDF Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI).
I have been working in the mental health field since 2012 across multiple settings and levels of care, from outpatient to inpatient and home-based services.

Declaración de diversidad:

I have extensive experience working with diverse populations across cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds in both the United States and Argentina. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and have provided services in both languages. My clinical training and practice have included work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I aim to provide culturally responsive care that considers each client’s identity, values, and context, and I approach treatment with curiosity, respect, and attention to how cultural factors shape the experience of anxiety, OCD, and related difficulties.
