I offer specialized treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders using evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I provide services in English or Spanish.
I work with individuals experiencing co-occurring concerns such as generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, as well as concerns related to perfectionism, self-criticism, and difficulties with emotion regulation and interpersonal issues. Treatment is tailored to each person’s needs and may include Exposure and Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy-informed strategies.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina, and my clinical training includes ACT, DBT, and ERP, including specialized ERP training through the International OCD Foundation’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI).
I’ve worked as a clinician since 2012 with people across different stages of life and with a wide range of mental health concerns.
I have experience working with diverse populations across cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds in the United States and Argentina. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and have provided services in both languages. My approach to care is culturally responsive, considering each client’s identity, values, and context, and how cultural factors may shape experiences of anxiety, OCD, and related concerns.
