My practice is approximately 60% for OCD and OC related disorders. I have treated dozens of patients with severe OCD and OC related disorders on both a residential and outpatient basis.

Individuals with OCD are often also struggling with co-morbid anxiety and/or depression. I individualize treatment and use CBT, ERP, and ACT to address an individuals distinct needs.

My graduate clinical work and research focused on the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders, primarily Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Trichotillomania. Before transitioning into part-time private practice in 2017, I worked at the McLean Houston OCD Program treating severe OCD and anxiety disorders on a residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient level for individuals of all ages.

I completed intensive training from the International OCD Foundation Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) in 2016 and became BTTI certified in 2017. I completed SPACE training in November 2020.

I am committed to providing individualized, evidence based treatment for all individuals and have experience both in classes and in my practice with individuals of all backgrounds. In addition, I am fluent in Spanish and provide services in both English and Spanish.
