Individuals with OCD are often also struggling with co-morbid anxiety and/or depression. I individualize treatment and use CBT, ERP, and ACT to address an individuals distinct needs.

Training Description:
I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston in 2014.
My graduate clinical work and research focused on the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders, primarily Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Trichotillomania. Before transitioning into part-time private practice in 2017, I worked at the Houston OCD Program treating severe OCD and anxiety disorders on a residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient level for individuals of all ages. She completed intensive training from the International OCD Foundation Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) in 2016 and became BTTI certified in 2017.
