At CAPSS, we are home to the independent practices of nearly 20 licensed psychologists, and 2 Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs). We provide outpatient care to children, teens, and adults. Our specialties include anxiety, OCD, autism, ADHD, and other forms of neurodiversity. At CAPSS, we focus on high-quality, evidence-based, and personalized care within a neurodiversity-affirming framework. We opened in 2017 and provide services in Seattle and via telehealth across Washington State and the country. All therapists at CAPSS are licensed psychologists with an APA-accredited doctoral degree and internship/ post-doctoral training.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
Many providers at CAPSS have extensive experience with autism and ADHD, and provide therapy and support for neurodivergent individuals, and practice from a neurodiversity-affirming paradigm. We incorporate our clients’ unique strengths and values while helping them work towards their own personal goals. We also have extensive training and experience in more subtle presentations of autism including girls, women, transgender and nonbinary individuals, autism in the context of giftedness/ “2e”, and autism that is not identified until adulthood.
