This webinar is an introduction to the treatment of body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs) through the Comprehensive Behavioral (ComB) Model. The webinar will give an overview of picking and pulling behaviors, as well as medical problems associated with BFRBs.

Learning Objective 1: Attendees will be able to explain the importance of clinical phenomenology as reflected in ComB treatment of BFRBs to patients.

Learning Objective 2: Attendees will be able to describe how the ComB model guides client education, assessment and clinical decision-making throughout the treatment process.

Learning Objective 3: Attendees will be able to apply the five modalities (SCAMP) of the ComB model to address an individual’s unique presentation.
