A Discussion on Diet, Exercise, Sleep, Mindfulness, and More for OCD!

For those suffering with OCD, anxiety, and stress there are general wellness changes you can make through improving sleep and diet, engaging in exercise and nature, practicing mindfulness and meditation and additional stress relieving measures.
Four experts in the field: a strength and conditioning coach and Olympic weightlifter, a registered dietitian, and two licensed therapists will share their expertise, answer your questions, and help you create a wellness plan to combat anxiety and OCD.
