Common OCD Themes

Join the Cognitive Behavior Institute, Center for OCD, as they celebrate OCD Awareness Week with a series of free 1-hour OCD presentations.

In this presentation, we will cover facts regarding common obsessions and rituals surrounding the following themes: Contamination, Perfectionism, Harm coming to oneself or others, Intrusive thoughts, Scrupulosity, and Loss of control over actions. We will also discuss common exposures to treat various obsessions and compulsions.
