I specialize in treating OCD and anxiety disorders via Telehealth. I am licensed to provide care in Michigan, North Carolina, and Virginia. About 80-90% of my caseload consists of OCD clients. In the 9+ years I have treated OCD, I have seen over 200 clients with OCD. It is my speciality.

2 years of full-time post-graduate fellowship training at The Michigan Medicine Department of Psychiatry which included a full year of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training through one way mirror under the guidance of senior clinicians. 7 years private practice specialization in OCD and anxiety disorders. Yearly attendance at the IOCDF conferences. Additional professional training in Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) as of 11/22. Maintains ongoing consultation with OCD specialists from around the country and facilitates a peer support group for fellow OCD clinicians to stay up to date on treatment strategies to best support clients.

I have experience working with all races, genders, and sexual orientations. I value my work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and strive to better understand how unique cultural beliefs and practices may influence my clients’ experiences.
