Narrative of Services:

My practice is almost 100% OCD and related disorders, anxiety disorders, panic and phobias. I have treated over 100 individuals with these conditions.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

OCD commonly co-occurs with ADD, AUDHD, and ASD. Mood disorders are also common. I modify my approach based on the needs of the individual, addressing the most pressing needs first.

Training Description:

I am a diplomate in the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. I attended the IOCDF BTTI and completed that training. I have been working with supervisors and consultants from the OCD training school to learn and implement I-CBT and ERP for 4 years now.
