My practice offers specialized therapy and testing for children, teens, and adults. Approximately 90% of my clinical work is focused on treating anxiety-based disorders and OCD. I provide I-CBT, MCT, and ERP integrated with ACT for OCD treatment. I offer CBIT for Tourette Syndrome and other tic disorders and HRT/ComB intervention for trichotillomania, excoriation, and other body focused repetitive behaviors. I provide Supportive Parenting Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) for anxiety, OCD, ARFID, and Failure to Launch. I also offer CBT for other areas of clinical concern. I have been privileged to treat hundreds of individuals with these concerns.
In addition to treating OCD, I provide cognitive behavioral treatment for ADHD, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders. I provide HRT and CBIT for tic-related conditions. ComB and HRT for body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs). I provide neuroaffirming cognitive-behavioral treatment to individuals with ASD.
I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I completed my doctoral internship with Kaiser Permanente in San Diego with postdoctoral specialization in working with children and adolescents.
Over the past 15 years, I have specialized in treating OCD, anxiety disorders, tic disorders, BFRBs, and related conditions. Additional training experiences include: intensive training in ERP with University of Pennsylvania and BTTI faculty, advanced ERP trainings and consultations with members of the IOCDF Scientific Advisory Board, intensive training and consultation in I-CBT for OCD, CBIT certification, and training in general and expanded applications of SPACE.
Multicultural sensitivity is a cornerstone of both my professional practice and personal values. I am committed to delivering effective, equitable, and culturally responsive care that is respectful and inclusive. I strive to understand each individual’s unique experiences within the broader sociocultural contexts that shape their lives, approaching this work with humility and openness.
To enhance my competence in these areas, I have completed advanced training in the treatment of LGBTQIA+ youth and have pursued extensive education in the assessment and treatment of neurodiverse individuals. My goal is to provide affirming, evidence-based care that meets the diverse needs of my clients.
