Narrative of Services:

My practice focuses exclusively on OCD and related disorders, with 100% of my clinical practice dedicated to this population. I have treated more than 100 individuals with OCD and related disorders across a range of presentations, including harm, contamination, health anxiety, scrupulosity, existential/primarily obsessional OCD, and relationship OCD. I also work with individuals experiencing perfectionism and OCPD traits, body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), body-focused repetitive behaviours (BFRBs), and anxiety disorders. My approach draws primarily on evidence-based CBT and exposure and response prevention (ERP), with ACT and other behavioural approaches integrated as clinically appropriate.

Training Description:

I have 13+ years of clinical experience treating OCD and anxiety, with my current practice focused exclusively on OCD and related disorders. My specialized training includes the IOCDF Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), small-group supervision with an experienced OCD specialist, and intensive ERP training through the University of Pennsylvania Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety, including pediatric ERP training. I have also completed specialized CBT for OCD training through Massachusetts General Hospital and ongoing professional education through IOCDF conferences. My clinical approach is grounded in CBT and ERP, with additional training in ACT and DBT.
