Narrative of Services:

My private practice offers CBT for children, adolescents and adults with anxiety, OCD and related conditions. I have particular interest in perinatal anxiety/OCD and the intersection of trauma and OCD. My treatment plans are individualized and typically include a combination of ERP and ACT to shape an exposure-driven lifestyle of approach coping beyond the symptoms of OCD. My practice is fee-for-service with some reduced fee options available to see a psychology doctoral student under my close supervision.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I routinely treat individuals with OCD and co-occurring anxiety or stress-related disorders (e.g., Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Phobia, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder). I am particularly interested in treatment of OCD in the context of trauma. With co-occurring anxiety or stress-related disorders I take a more broad cognitive-behavioral approach to understanding the relationships between OCD and the other condition(s) and then cultivate a comprehensive cognitive-behavioral treatment approach for that individual.
