Our clinic is about 60% OCD treatment. We are one of the largest private clinics in the Southeast specializing in OCD and anxiety on an outpatient basis.

I routinely work with those who have co-occurring depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, and personality disorders. I have some experience with psychotic symptoms.

I have treated OCD since 2007. My doctoral dissertation and research has been in the field of OCD. I have been on faculty for the BTTI, providing trainings for licensed professionals since 2018 both virtually and in person in a variety of locations (Austin, Houston, Denver, Nashville, St Louis, and Cincinnati).

At the NOATC, we treat individuals regardless of their race, ethnicity, religious background, gender identity, sexual orientation, or nation of origin. We recognize the impact of oppression and discrimination on individuals’ mental health presentations and prioritize creating a competent and affirming environment for people from diverse backgrounds. Moreover, we serve a neurodiverse population.

I have a particular interest in working with trans and gender non conforming individuals with OCD/anxiety. I have attended continuing education talks in this area and have created working relationships with other affirming and competent providers in the city. Additionally, I have served in the TransBuddy program at Vanderbilt University as an advocate for transgender patients and have spoken about mental health in sexual and gender minority populations locally.
