Narrative of Services:
I own a private practice, and specialize in the treatment of OCD. This makes up approximately 90% of my caseload. I am also a full time professor and teach doctoral-level courses in OCD and anxiety disorders. I am experienced with complex OCD presentations, including HOCD, POCD, and SO-OCD.
Training Description:
I became a psychologist mid-career due to my own experience of treatment for debilitating OCD, using CBT. I began to focus on OCD treatment while a psychology extern and intern under supervision in college counseling centers. These included Towson State University, the US Naval Academy, and UMBC. I have had my own practice for 3 years, treating OCD, and am also a full-time professor of psychology. I have had in-person training in CBT/ERP therapy and ACT, and teach doctoral level courses in ERP and ACT for OCD and anxiety disorders.
Diversity Statement:
I am a member of the LGBTQ community and have provided individual and group therapy for many LGBTQ students and clients.

My externships and internship in college counseling centers focused heavily on CRT, culturally informed counseling, and multicultural training and treatment.
