I work with adults and college students who are struggling with OCD, anxiety, panic, emetophobia (fear of vomiting), and skin picking. You might feel stuck in intrusive thoughts that won’t let go, caught in rituals that feel exhausting, or overwhelmed by panic that seems to come out of nowhere. Maybe anxiety has started to take up more space in your life, leaving you feeling drained, discouraged, or disconnected from who you want to be. I use evidence-based approaches like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), and ComB.
I have a special focus on working with emetophobia (fear of vomiting), which can be incredibly distressing. Treatment is grounded in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), helping you gradually face feared situations while reducing the patterns that keep anxiety going. I also incorporate ACT-based strategies to help you change your relationship with anxious thoughts and build more flexibility in how you respond to fear.
I have completed an intensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) through the University of Pennsylvania. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through the Academy of Cognitive Therapies and have also received extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) at Harbor UCLA and completed an advanced training in treating emetophobia. I continue to stay up to date through ongoing trainings and regular participation in OCD-focused consultation groups.
