Narrative of Services:

I offer telehealth therapy services and about 80% of my caseload is OCD, OC related disorders or other anxiety disorders.

Training Description:

I have been working as a therapist for 10 years and have been specializing in treating OCD, OC related disorders and anxiety disorders for 4 years. I utilize a combination of ACT, ERP, CBT and IFS to provide evidence based services for my clients. With personal, lived experience with OCD I am passionate about helping people find hope and relief from this disorder.
