Narrative of Services:

100% of my practice is dedicated to OCD, Autism, and related disorders. I’ve treated over 200 individuals and support systems. I utilize gold standard approaches for OC related disorders, including ERP, RO DBT, ACT, and CBT. I provide training/consulting services for loved ones of neurodivergent individuals.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder, Depression, Anxiety

Training Description:
I received comprehensive training to treat OCD and related OC disorders using ERP and RO DBT therapy from my time working with Rogers Behavioral Health and Resilience Treatment Center at all levels of care, as well as continuing education hours and learning during my time in private practice.
Diversity Statement:

I have specialty training to work with minority, LGBTQ and BIPOC populations from my previous coursework, continuing education hours, and additional supervision to work with these populations.

Treatment Groups:

Parents and Loved Ones Support Group for those with Neurodivergence, including OCD, Autism, OCPD and related disorders – Wednesday evenings at 6 pm PT. Reach out to receive zoom link to join support group. Currently working to develop a training/consulting program for parents and loved ones.
