Narrative of Services:
90% of my clients are folks struggling with comorbid OCD and trauma symptoms. My caseload is comprised almost entirely of queer/trans, neurodivergent, and BIPOC clients who are seeking an affirming provider. I offer weekly therapy, intensives, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP).
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
I specialize in treating comorbid OCD and trauma cases. I treat the entire trauma spectrum including PTSD, CPTSD, BPD, and complex dissociative disorders such as DID. Most clients come to me because they need a provider who truly specializes in both OCD and PTSD. I also have a subspecialty of working with neurodivergent humans- about 80% of my caseload is comprised of autistic folks and/or ADHD-ers.
Training Description:
I have training in traditional OCD treatment modalities such as ERP, I-CBT, and mindfulness and seek regular consultation with experts in the field. I’ve also worked on OCD clinical trials at Stanford University and in the pharma industry. I have additional training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and a number of trauma modalities (EMDR, somatic therapy, parts work).
Diversity Statement:
I am a queer/transmasc, neurodivergent, and biracial provider. My entire career has been dedicated to clinical care and advocacy for my own communities. Many of my clients appreciate that my understanding of their identities is based on lived experience and not gained from a workshop. I regularly provide trainings and consultation to clinicians and treatment centers around topics such as gender affirming care, cultural humility, and the neuroaffirming paradigm.
Treatment Groups:
I have an ongoing process group for queer folks who identify as recovering people pleasers and often run OCD skills and support groups as well as occasional ketamine groups.
