Narrative of Services:
My private practice specializes in OCD and OC-related disorders, comprising over 90% of my caseload. I have treated more than 100 individuals using evidence-based approaches including ERP, ACT, CBT, and DBT. As someone living with OCD and having completed therapy myself, I bring both clinical expertise and lived empathy to my work.
Training Description:
I have over 6 years of experience treating OCD and related disorders. My training includes advanced coursework in ERP, ACT, and CBT, trauma-informed care, and neurodiversity-affirming practices. I have completed consultations and trainings with Dr. Jeff Szymanski, Executive Director of the International OCD Foundation, which further deepened my clinical approach.
Diversity Statement:
As a disabled veteran, neurodivergent therapist, and someone living with OCD, I bring a deeply inclusive lens to my practice. I work with a wide range of clients, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent individuals. My practice is affirming, accessible, and grounded in lived and clinical experience.
I’ve completed extensive training in cultural humility, anti-racism, and trauma-informed care, with ongoing education focused on serving historically marginalized communities. My therapeutic approach is intersectional, inclusive, and informed by both professional education and personal experience navigating systemic and cultural barriers.
