Narrative of Services:

Rebarcak Counseling serves individuals who reside in the state of Iowa. We provide individualized evidence-based mental health therapy to adults who suffer from anxiety disorders and OCD.

Training Description:

I have been working with clients with anxiety since 2020. In 2022 I began specialized training in CBT for the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders. Since then, I have attended various OCD and anxiety treatment trainings and have completed the Intensive Exposure/Response Prevention (ERP) Workshop offered by the Cognitive Behavioral Institute (CBI). I have participated in ongoing ERP/OCD training and consultation over the past two years and continue to treat individuals who suffer from anxiety and OCD.
