Half of my work focuses on treating adults and children with OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). The other half involves providing parent training for families of children with emotional and behavioral challenges, including frequent temper tantrums, defiance, and difficulty following directions, often in the context of ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder. I also conduct psychological testing to clarify diagnoses and support individualized treatment planning.

I treat OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a gold-standard, evidence-based approach that helps clients confront fears and break the cycle of compulsions. When co-occurring conditions like ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or Depression are present, I collaborate with each client to identify which to focus on first, prioritizing the area that offers the most immediate relief and clears the way for further progress. Treatment is structured, supportive, and tailored to each individual.

I’m a licensed psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst Doctoral (BCBA-D) with over 15 years of experience helping children and adults make meaningful, lasting change through behavior therapy. My doctoral training in psychology and behavior analysis is rooted in learning theory and the practical use of behavioral principles to address a wide range of challenges. I also have specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, which I incorporate into personalized, evidence-based care for individuals with OCD, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and related concerns.
