Narrative of Services:
I specialise in treating OCD and related disorders, providing tailored assessments and evidence-based CBT with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) — the recognized gold standard for OCD. My services are primarily delivered online, with limited in-person availability. I offer continued support to both clients and carers, and work across the full spectrum of OCD subtypes. The majority of my clinical work focuses on OCD and related conditions, supported by over six years of experience in both NHS and private practice.
Training Description:

I hold an MSc in Applied Neuroscience (King’s College London), a PGDip in CBT (Queen Margaret University), and both an MSc and BSc in Psychology and Neurocognitive Rehabilitation (University of Padua). My training has included ongoing CPD and specialist workshops on OCD and ERP, delivered by institutions such as Bespoke Mental Health and Massachusetts General Hospital. I have also received regular supervision from senior clinicians in the field. In February 2025, I completed the Behaviour Therapy Training Institute programme through the IOCDF, further strengthening my expertise in delivering effective, evidence-based treatment for OCD.
