Vera Counseling provides in person and Telehealth services for counseling, with a special focus on anxiety, geriatric concerns, and OCD. Approximately 40 percent anxiety, 10 percent OCD, and 50 percent geriatric concerns, working toward growing work with OCD.

I have 3 years experience working in the medical field with children and teenagers, 4 years working in private practice working with anxiety, depression and OCD. I have completed workshops and trainings for OCD such as: Fundamentals of Exposure-Based Therapy for OCD and Anxiety Disorders, Building Effective Exposure Hierarchies, Diagnosis, Treatment and Medication training for OCD, and IOCDF Conference 2025.
