Narrative of Services:

My practice specializes in treating OCD, anxiety, and related conditions using CBT and ERP. I provide individualized, evidence-based treatment for a wide range of OCD presentations, including checking and reassurance seeking, contamination fears, intrusive thoughts (harm, sexual, or religious obsessions), “just-right” or symmetry concerns, and mental compulsions. I also regularly treat related challenges, such as panic attacks, health anxiety, perfectionism, and generalized anxiety.

I work with children, teens, and adults, with a particular emphasis on young adults (20s & 30s).

Training Description:

I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and doctorate in clinical psychology from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University.

I have over 10 years of experience treating OCD and anxiety disorders, with specialized training in CBT and ERP through the NYU Child Study Center and the Columbia University Clinic for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CUCARD).

I served as Assistant Professor at CUCARD for 6 years before transitioning to private practice.
