Narrative of Services:

My practice specializes in evidence-based treatment for OCD and related anxiety disorders using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Approximately 80–90% of my caseload consists of adults with OCD, including contamination, harm, relationship, and somatic presentations, as well as closely related conditions such as panic disorder, social anxiety, and illness anxiety. I have treated hundreds of individuals with OCD and anxiety across outpatient and intensive levels of care via telehealth in California, with a focus on measurable progress, skill generalization, and long-term relapse prevention.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I use ERP for Social anxiety, illness anxiety, panic disorder, and GAD, reducing avoidance and safety behaviors.

Training Description:

I am a California-licensed LCSW with specialized training and clinical experience in the treatment of OCD and related anxiety disorders using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My training was completed within a national, OCD-focused specialty care setting and included structured ERP education, ongoing case consultation, and outcomes-informed practice. I have treated adults with a wide range of OCD presentations and co-occurring anxiety disorders, delivering evidence-based care across outpatient and higher-acuity levels while maintaining fidelity to established treatment protocols.

Diversity Statement:

I provide culturally responsive, affirming care to a diverse telehealth population across California, working with clients of varied racial, ethnic, cultural, religious, gender, and socioeconomic backgrounds. My approach integrates ERP with cultural humility, attention to identity, and sensitivity to how OCD symptoms and stigma may present across different communities.

I have extensive experience working with diverse populations across multiple settings. This includes providing care to adults with serious mental illness experiencing homelessness across varied ages, cultural backgrounds, and genders, as well as working with children and families involved in the California DCFS system. I have also provided individual therapy to a broad, diverse telehealth population across California, including veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, and clients from varied socioeconomic, cultural, and religious backgrounds, using a culturally responsive and affirming approach.
