Narrative of Services:
I am primarily an OCD specialist I see about 75% OCD clients, 15% Couples Therapy, and 10% General Mental Health. I have thousands of hours of experience working as an OCD specialist over the past 6 years.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
I treat the whole person. While OCD is my specialty, I love to be able to address all parts of an individual. This includes traumas, attachment, relationships, and more. Typically I focus on the OCD first and then outside issues secondary.
Training Description:
My training has come through primarily supervision in a variety of settings. I have years of experience being supervised doing intensive outpatient programs (IOPS) for OCD, I’ve been supervised by several senior providers in the field. Lastly, I’m an OCD survivor and my journey has constantly trained me and given me a unique insight as an OCD therapist.
