Narrative of Services:
25% of my practice consists of individuals struggling with OCD.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
Treatment prioritizes ERP as the core intervention for OCD with substance use addressed concurrently as an avoidance behavior that reinforces OCD cycle. ACT and CBT strategies used. Anxiety symptoms treated through expose interventions with trauma work introduced after stabilization.
Training Description:
Trained in Exposure and Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have extensive training in trauma and am able to identify priorities within treatment for concurring disorders and issues.. I have been in practice for over 20 years.
