While I’ve been in the field over a decade, I have specialized in OCD for the past three years. This past year approximately 50% of my clients had an OCD diagnosis.

Alongside ERP, I incorporate EMDR to address trauma symptoms, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to address anxiety and depression.

I have extensive EMDR training with specialized advanced training in treating OCD, Panic Disorder and Phobias. I have formal ERP training through NOCD, as well as formal training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
