Description:

Join us for this free, monthly support group providing community, support, and healing for individuals dealing with OCD. This is not a didactic group led by clinicians but rather a support group that we facilitate to provide a space for participants to support, be present, and help one another.

The Zoom call opens at 5:30 EST and the group officially starts at 5:40 EST to allow participants a 10-minute grace period to join. The Zoom waiting room will then close at 5:40 so people are not joining after the group has already started.
