Narrative of Services:

At GroundWork Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Orlando I specialize in the treatment of OCD (all subtypes), anxiety disorders, BFRBs, and specific phobias in adults and adolescents utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I have completed training and certification in HRT / COMB model for Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs) such as hair pulling and skin picking disorders, and offer these services to children, teens, and adults. In addition, I have training in CBIT for tics / Tourettes.

Training Description:

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida (MH26697), a Vermont Registered Telehealth Provider (068.0136324TELE), and a National Board Certified Counselor through the NBCC. I began treating OCD in 2019 at the partial hospitalization level at Rogers Behavioral Health. I have received extensive training in ERP from well know clinicians in the Tampa area. I have received 1.5 years of direct supervision from a senior provider in the OCD field.
