Narrative of Services:

Our intensive outpatient program has a structured OCD track that includes individual and group therapy as well as ERP coaching. Over half our clinical staff work with OCD and co-occurring populations and much of our current census is comprised of our OCD program. Modalities utilized including ERP, ACT and ICBT in a supportive, hands on way.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

My clinical interests and work experience include co-occurring substance use disorders, OCD, trauma, mood disorders, self-esteem, anxiety, stress management, and life transitions.

Training Description:

Over the last three years since I first started treating OCD after the 29th Annual OCD Conference I’ve taken a number of additional trainings including attending the 30th Annual OCD Conference and worked with dozens of individuals in outpatient and partial hospitalization levels of care with OCD. Trainings including those through IOCDF, Instride, OCD Texas, The Anxiety Institute around ERP, ACT, co-occurring disorders including SUD and trauma. In addition, our program has a professional partnership with McLean to support referrals and continued care in Massachusetts.
