Narrative of Services:

A significant portion of my practice focuses on the assessment and treatment of OCD and related conditions across childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. I regularly work with individuals experiencing obsessive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, anxiety, perfectionism, reassurance seeking, tics, and related neurodevelopmental or behavioral concerns. Services include evidence-based psychotherapy, parent and family support, behavioral consultation, neuropsychological and diagnostic evaluation, and collaboration with schools and medical providers when appropriate. My practice is especially experienced in working with individuals with co-occurring autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, tic disorders, and complex medical or developmental presentations.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I provide evidence-based treatment for children, adolescents, and adults with OCD and related conditions, including ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), anxiety, tic/Tourette’s disorders, and mood-related concerns. Treatment is individualized and may include Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), parent training, behavioral support, and collaboration with schools, physicians, and other providers when appropriate. My approach is neuroaffirmative, practical, and developmentally informed, with an emphasis on helping individuals build flexibility, reduce impairment, and improve daily functioning and quality of life.
