My practice provides outpatient psychotherapy for anxiety disorders and OCD, with a focus on evidence-based treatment. Approximately 60–70% of my caseload involves OCD and OCD-related concerns (including intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and body-focused repetitive behaviors), with the remaining clients presenting with anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety, panic disorder, and social anxiety. I provide individual therapy for adolescents (pre-teens and teens) and adults. Treatment primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, along with skills-based interventions to reduce avoidance, improve functioning, and support long-term symptom management.
I provide individual, evidence-based outpatient therapy for anxiety disorders and OCD, including co-occurring presentations. Treatment is structured using CBT and ERP principles, with an emphasis on understanding the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. For OCD, I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help clients learn to tolerate uncertainty and reduce compulsive responses. For anxiety disorders, treatment focuses on cognitive and behavioral strategies to reduce avoidance, increase flexibility, and build coping skills. Care is collaborative, paced to the individual, and tailored to each client’s specific symptoms and goals.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 16 years of clinical experience and 5 years specializing in the treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD. I have completed the IOCDF Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), with a focus on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. My clinical experience includes treating OCD and OCD spectrum concerns such as intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), as well as co-occurring anxiety disorders. I provide evidence-based, structured treatment grounded in CBT and ERP principles, with ongoing commitment to specialized OCD training and consultation.
