Narrative of Services:

I work with adults in an outpatient setting.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is utilized for treatment of OCD. For treatment of co-occurring disorders (such as ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, and Substance Use Disorders) I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, Psychoeducation, and Motivational Interviewing.

Training Description:

I attended the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) for the treatment of OCD in 2025.
