Narrative of Services:

I have treated anxiety disorders for nine years across residency and licensure, providing a strong foundation for OCD-related work. Approximately 20–30% of my current caseload involves OCD and related disorders. I offer individual therapy via telehealth across Florida, Georgia, Virginia, and Wisconsin, and in person in Jacksonville, FL. I am also using IFS in sessions with ERP.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Sessions are structured to prioritize ERP for active OCD symptoms while weaving in IFS to address shame, perfectionism, and emotional dysregulation that often accompany co-occurring diagnoses. Treatment is individualized and paced collaboratively with each client.

Training Description:

I have treated anxiety disorders for nine years across residency and licensure, with increasing focus on OCD and related presentations. I am currently enrolled in the Knowledge Tree CERP program, a structured ERP training curriculum with group and individual sessions. My clinical approach follows an ERP/IFS integration model. I am currently under mentorship for IFS certification. I hold an LMFT license and am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor Candidate and should finish January 2027. I practice telehealth across Florida, Georgia, Virginia, and Wisconsin, and see clients in person in Jacksonville, FL.
